It was an amazing hospitality experience with Hotel Premdeep. Hotel staff are so humble with prompt service. Kids will enjoy here as it is an open lawn like place and there are many swings, slides and other outdoor activities. The entire property is cleaned regularly. Best place to stay near the market. Overall a hotel with reasonable cost, best of service and okay food. Perfect stay for family.

Nice hotel... Good clean rooms, spacious play area, good service and staff is also good..Food is tasty homely didn't feel like going anywhere else for food. Had a great time ... Best place to stay in matheran

Hotel premdeep is a very nice place to relax. The garden has amazing swings n the outside playing area is fantastic. The food is superb n there is a large variety. The staff is friendly. If u ever need a peaceful n quiet place to relax premdeep hotel is your go to place.

definitely recommended. Excellent place for relaxation with family and friends. Food quality was awesome, play area for children and hot water 24 hrs. Overall very good experience.

We stayed from 10/11/2023 to 14/11/2023, with good administration, good healthy food,well behave staff, keep room every day clean. We enjoy our four days stay & wish to visit Hotel Prem deep again & again.

4 star for food. 3 star for room as all the furniture is dusty and not cleaned,tv does not work. 2 star for room service,for everything you require even water you have to go to the reception or take it yourself.4 star for location,can cover many points by walking from the here.

A very nice place to stay in Matheran. Quite away from the market place, makes it more peaceful. The property is good as they have kept enough open space which makes it more fascinating for Kids.

The experience of staying there was very bad. The room booked through make my trip was very unhygienic, not maintained or even cleaned. All kinds of insects were found in the room and on the bed. The manager came across as rude when we highlighted concerns. The staff was helpful though. Won't recommend to stay fr a longer duration.
